If there is any problem and you can not come to Skiathos Holiday Resort, we will issue a Vaucher for you, to visit us until next year,from 1rst of June, until 20th of September., and during the same season\u00a0 , or a higher one, by covering any difference in price.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The Voucher will be valued, only for our open season !!!<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>For any questions, we are at your disposal ! ! !<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(NOT VA;LID FOR 2024 AND AFTER)<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Booking Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/h3><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Arrival \/ Departure Hours<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Check-in time: 15:00 to 22:00<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Departure time: Until 11:00 am.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2018From January 2024 an additional environmental tax of 2.00\u20ac (Euro) per room per night will be charged for the total time of stay, and will be paid in cash at the hotel upon arrival. This amount is not included in the room rate.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0(Different hours of arrival and departure may be made at your request and if possible).<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Don\u2019t show<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The non-arrival of the customer, which is after the time stated in the Arrival Time, is defined as No Show and consequently any advance payment or redemption has been made is lost and the room is now considered free and available to the booking department.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Departure Delay<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Delaying a room, upon request with Reception, and between 12: 00-18: 00, is subject to an additional charge of 50% of the room rate and 100% after 18:00.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Children and extra beds<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All children under 2 years stay free of charge. Extra beds cannot be accommodated.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Parking lot<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Parking is available on site and is free of charge.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Internet<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wireless internet (WiFi) is available on site and is free of charge.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cancellation<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A reservation is required for each booking in order to be confirmed. If the customer does not send the requested deposit within a specified time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel it immediately, without notice.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reservations are confirmed by a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation, when the reservation date is over 60 days before the Check in.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If the reservation date is under 60 days befor the Check in, the booking system charges the cc for the total amount.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If canceled up to 60 days before date of arrival, or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reservations that are classified as \u201cnon refundable\u201d require a prepayment of the entire amount of the stay upon making the reservation, without the possibility of changing dates and in case of cancellation, the refund is non-refundable.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pets<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pets are not allowed.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Taxes and surcharges<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accommodation rates include all legal taxes.
